Welcome to Mystery Men Productions! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including event bookings and ticket purchases. By using our website, booking an event, or purchasing tickets, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided
Mystery Men Productions offers customized murder mystery events, including but not limited to live performances, interactive experiences, and themed events. Our offerings may include private bookings or ticketed public events, each subject to the specific package, ticket price, and details provided at the time of purchase.

2. Booking, Ticket Sales, and Payment
Booking Confirmation: To secure a private booking, a signed agreement and non-refundable deposit are required. The remaining balance is due according to the payment schedule outlined in your contract.

Ticket Purchases: All ticket sales for public events are final and non-refundable. By purchasing a ticket, you agree that your ticket cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred to another event unless the event is canceled by Mystery Men Productions.

Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or other methods as specified in your invoice or ticketing platform.

Cancellation Policy (Bookings): If you need to cancel your private booking, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking cost. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will be charged in full.

Event Cancellations (Ticketed Events): In the unlikely event that Mystery Men Productions cancels a ticketed event, you will be offered the option to receive a full refund or transfer your ticket to a rescheduled date if available.

3. Event Requirements and Responsibilities
Event Space Requirements: For private bookings, the client is responsible for securing an appropriate venue and ensuring it meets the requirements provided by Mystery Men Productions, including space, seating, and any technical needs (e.g., audio equipment).

Client Collaboration: Clients and ticket holders agree to provide accurate information related to the event, including guest count (for private bookings), contact details, and any special requests in a timely manner.

Guest Conduct: All guests, whether attending a private or ticketed event, must behave respectfully towards performers and other attendees. Mystery Men Productions reserves the right to terminate an event if the performers or guests are at risk of harm or harassment.

4. Changes to Event Details
Modifications by Client: Changes to private event dates, themes, or other significant details must be communicated at least 30 days prior to the event. Additional fees may apply if modifications impact our preparation or staffing needs.

Force Majeure: In the case of unforeseen events beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions), we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide alternative solutions. However, refunds may not be available.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, including scripts, plots, characters, and event materials, are the intellectual property of Mystery Men Productions. Clients and ticket holders are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability
Mystery Men Productions and its performers are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your event, venue conditions, or guest conduct. While we strive to provide a safe and engaging experience, the client or ticket holder assumes all responsibility for the venue (if applicable) and guest behavior.

7. Privacy Policy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our website or services, you agree to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy regarding data collection, use, and protection.

8. Website Use
Accuracy of Information: We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information on our website. However, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided.

Prohibited Use: You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to breach its security, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws and regulations.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
